1 1/4 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

2Tbsp. cornstarch

Cook together till thick and clear. Add 1 3 oz. pack of strawberry jello. Cool slightly and add sliced strawberries. ( I use approximately 1 qt. ) Pour into prepared crust.

I take the easy route and buy a ready made crust πŸ™‚ This recipe says to bake it at 425 degrees for 8 min., and cool before adding strawberry mixture.
