Fair week

I may have taken a bunch of photos this year 🙂 It was our boys’ 1st year doing 4H, and so new experiences for all!

Devan showed Ruby, a December calf. Tristan showed Peppy, a March calf.

We started the week with them taking the calves up, and I brought lunch for the 4H crew. It was also this guy’s 12th birthday, (WHAT!??), so we had cake too 🙂 More photos from the 1st day..

On a side note, my baby got his 1st haircut 🙂  I had no idea how much they work at cleaning the animals! Even wiping out their ears 🙂 I think Tristan cleaned his calf’s ears better than his own 😉 Hanging out in the barn.. Showtime! Tristan was in his glory!! 🙂And these 2! Two of a kind 🙂 They di this ^ on their own, lol!

Devan and his girl… And then some phone shots to wrap it up..

They left the little kids take a turn in the show ring too 🙂

My little butterfly ❤Daddy gives the best rides!

It was a good week, and a nice little break from the normal routine!  Hope you are blessed with a good week!!

There are moments that stick with you. Forever etched in the walls of our mind. The day we got the call that my nephew had gone to be with Jesus, is a day I will never forget.

And the monarch butterfly has been a sign from God since his passing. A glimpse of His love!

We were recently away on a mini vacation, and I was able to capture a few photos of this beautiful monarch, and as always, it made me think of my dear nephew. Forever in our hearts, Adrian James ❤

How many of you like flowers or gardening? I raise my hand 🙂

My flowers make me happy!! The bright colors, the way they brighten the landscape. I like a garden too, but for whatever reason, the weeds seem to take over 🙂 I do not have a big garden, but right now we are enjoying the redbeets! Yum!

So I mentioned the weeds taking over. Does anyone else have this problem? 🙂 You have to work hard at pulling, tilling, etc. to keep that weed growth to a minimum.

I want to share an analogy with you 🙂 How many of us take care of our health like we do our gardens?  Do we feed our body good things? I am on a journey, still learning so much! And I don’t always make the best choices. It is a process 🙂

One thing I have learned, is that probiotics are essential. Because of the standard American diet, processed food, chemicals, antibiotics, etc., our gut needs help getting rid of the bad bacteria, and replacing it with the good.

Did you know that the inability to lose weight is closely tied to yeast/fungus overgrowth? Have you heard the term Leaky gut? I’m sure you have. And that is mainly cause from a yeast overgrowth.

I may be a bit biased, but the probiotic we have been using stands above the rest 🙂 The reason I say that is because it contains 3 specific enzymes that sets it apart. Chitosanase, Cellulase, & Protease.

The hard outer shell of the bad fungus that is doing the damage to our gut, is comprised of Chitin, Cellulose, and protein. These 3 enzymes break through that outer shell to get rid of the bad fungus.

Dr. Mark Hyman says, “The health of the bugs in your gut is one of the biggest things that impacts your health.”

Look it up for yourself! Google gut health, and see what pops up!! As an example, if you get migraines, google gut gealth and migraines.

When I do that, things like allergies, depression, mood, inflammation, etc., poo up. Did you know our gut affects our brain health?! Which is some of the reason we have seen a difference in our son’s grades and in other areas. I have several friends whose children with ADHD have seen changes by using a good probiotic! It excites me!!! 🙂

I want to share a testimony here !

From Chandra! 60 day update: 20 1/4 inches off and 9 pounds. I have more energy, motivation, better thought process, off of my ADHD meds, hormone replacement meds, acid reflux meds, allergy meds, sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, pain pills, anti inflammatory meds, arthritis meds and over the counter different pills. I was off of my savella for my fibromyalgia for 30 days but I had to go back on . I have 2 vertebra right above my tail bone that have degenerative disk disease and the 2 disks are completely dried up. My dr said my back is that of an 80 year old and I will be 50 in September. I helped move my mom a month ago and have struggled with the pain and not being able to move too much since then. I started the nerve support, cream and pills 2 weeks ago loading up, so I had to start back on the savella to be able to function and take the edge off from the pain. I am very happy with my results and I have complete faith that with more time on the plexus products that my back with have relief and I will be up moving around. I have to say I feel so good and I over did it, I pushed my back past its limits. I am so thankful that these supplements came along when it did. My Chiropractor, which I have the deepest respect for, said, ” Whatever you do, do not go off of these natural supplements, you have come so far in a short amount of time and those products will only improve the healing process with the great nutrition that I am putting in my body.

So exciting!

I think sometimes we look at someone who is, for example, a habitual smoker, and we say how harmful that is, and what they are doing to their body, but overlook that soda or coffee habit, or overeating, when that is very harmful too!

I just listened to another Dr. who said that a typical 8 oz. soda will have about 39 tsp. of sugar!! I used to drink Mt. Dew almost every day, without giving it much thought 😦 I am grateful for the things I am learning now, and love to share with others!!

Take care of your health now! It can make such a difference 🙂 Thanks for reading!! And as always, I love to hear your thoughts 🙂 May God bless you today!!!

Darian is one!!

I am a few weeks late 🙂 But our little chubb is one already!!!

How did that happen??? 🙂 Seems like just yesterday, we welcomed him into our home. He has brought so much joy into our lives!!

Look at the difference a year makes!!! He looks so different  🙂The children say he needs a haircut, but this mommy finds it hard to give the 1st one 🙂

Some more from our session… Look at those blue eyes ❤ He is really starting to walk around, and he is super busy!! I am thankful to have the older children’s helping hands around for the summer!

That pout 🙂Sometimes I call him my Plexus baby 🙂 With my others, I did not know about gut health, and how it can affect so much! I had no idea how probiotics are so important!!My others had so much cradle cap, thrush, and skin issues, and I was so happy he did not deal with that!! I was also thankful I did not feel worn out after his birth, and like I needed naps 🙂 I am so overwhelmingly grateful for him, and love being his momma!!! He makes me smile 🙂

Happy 4th of July week to all of you!!
