I love this for a quick meal! We like eating them with Ranch dressing or b-b-q sauce.
Happy Monday to you! I’m feeling that Spring feeling in the air! Because I can’t wait for Spring, here are a few pictures from last Spring.
Before we know it, it will be green and flowers will be blooming 🙂
That’s so easy! I like that recipe almost as much as the picture of her picking the dandelions. After this winter, it’s amazing to discover how much I want to see a dandelion.
I hope your family enjoys it 🙂 And yes, I’m ready for weeds 🙂
Yum that sandwich looks so so good! At first I thought you were already experiencing dandelions … yes, they will be here before we know it. It feels spring like today, dripping water coming off the roof, puddles in the driveway…but still about 3 feet of soggy snow on the ground!! LOL
I know what you mean on the soggy mess 🙂 But I say, bring it on! I hope you enjoy the recipe 🙂
Yum!! Definitely trying that sandwich!! Thanks! Btw I enjoy your post a lot! More than not when I plop down to check my emails I have another encouraging blog to read! 🙂 I esp found the morning one encouraging! I’m a mommy of 1 but still find myself feeling over whelmed and frazzled at times. Thanks again for your hilarious, encouraging uplifting words:) God bless!
Thank you so much for your kind words, Jen! It means a lot if I know that my readers are encouraged 🙂 Hope you enjoy this sandwich!
