I spend most of my time with him. He begs to go outside every day, and we usually do. I don't go away much. Mostly for groceries 😊 I dislike shopping, and we are budgeting, so if I need something, I order online. Keeping my house semi clean, doing piles of laundry every day, cooking and baking, paying bills, doing farm bookwork, and milking cows. This is my life. Probably sounds boring to most folks. But its these things that God has called me to do. And sometimes I do it joyfully, and sometimes I do not. But even in the most mundane tasks. In the most trying times. I can see something good. The laundry, piled high, is a sign of a family doing life. Supper on the table, and then gone in the space of minutes, means full bellies. The windows, smeared with fingerprints and smudges. Ok that does not bring me joy😄 I promise, some days I view things through tear filled eyes. Because I feel pushed to my limits. I feel tired of being wanted and needed by my family. But I also know, I would not want it any other way! We spent the weekend at the cabin with family, and it was good! Memories made, and now back home, and time to get on a schedule again 😊
